Life Drawing Final Piece

We had a task to draw A final piece For which an hour long was meant to be spent applying all the techniques used throughout the year, those included: measuring, color range, form, fluidity, shape, mark making and few others. I have produced a piece that represented a still object of the face.

I am proud of this drawing because It shows my own progress over the time spent during Life drawing, I know for sure that I wouldn't be able to draw it as successfully back when I first started drawing, However now I become more confident in using each pencil stroke to mark a line and combine it into one piece, I tried to concentrate on the proportions and detail, I have used lines to measure out the face and also to define shadows and light.

and this was another quick sketch done after the session. Also I tried to concentrate on measurement and proportion. The only downside is that I haven't managed to finish it on time.
