Still life drawings

Starting with some quick drawings of solid shapes, bottles in this case, just boxing them roughly to be able to distinguish their size, volume, and space

and this 1 minute quick sketch, awful in my opinion, with looking at the object but drawing it continuously without removing pencil tip from the surface of the page

And then we move on to line drawings, see through so that the shape of ich indyvidual is visible

moving onto more complex, full on shadow drawing

Trip to leicester Cathedral, if i recall right, to do some perspective sketches ofstructures

buildings.

a slow stroll pass university bridge to sapture the sight, I am really bad at it :/

and then i decided to do some more on the way back home in the Leicester city centre

Mark making so speed up process of sketching straight lines

off to understanding of value, shades of gray and difference between light and dark, need to put more confidence with using darker shades!

Visit in the museum to draw some dinosaur bones, using shadow value technique.

also decided to use it back home to do some lovely sketches of bowl with fruits
