This post is late But only because I had a really hard time to Fix the alphas that gone so terribly wrong. I am afraid I will have to redo the whole alphas or even the island :( In the begining everything was going well, the trees and rocks and the temple. And then when it came to Alphas, nothing was working!!! I tried 3 different techniques i looked up on the internet to make these alphas work, and i was almost pulling my hair out from frustration because nothing worked. I am 100% certain that I have done everything correctly and nothin!. I asked my friend Natalie for help, I have sent her the attachment of my alpha texture and asked her if she dan diffuse it to check if I by any chance done anything wrong. After few minutes she responded to me with an answer that the texture worked fine on her computer. She sent me the file back and after opening it I found the texture diffused with the background turning see through. while on my computer the background wouldn't dissapear!!! :(

Here are the screen shoots of the alphas, they either turned balck and white, or color with the background visible. And nothing !!! I have checked everything, the material ID was set correct to the Material multi Sub-Object And nothing would work, So I have used Natali's sent file with fixed alpha and used it to deffuse different alphas on it and apply it to my Island. However when I exported the file to sketch Fab all alphas appeared as black and linking the original alpha textures wouldn't help.

Therefore I believe that the proper update of it will happen only when I get enough time to fix whatever seems to be breaking those Alphas. Also I will throw in here some of the textures before they turned MEH after changing the resolution.
